- City of origin
- Any additional data entered in the message field or similar

- Date, time and duration of the visit
- Pages displayed
- Referrer URL (source page)

3. Purpose of processing.
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
1. Management of online reservations made through the site form;
2. Contact with the user to confirm or change the reservation;
3. Sending user-requested information (e.g., events, schedules, availability);
4. Fulfillment of legal, accounting and tax obligations;
5. Site security and prevention of misuse or abuse;
6. Promotional activities and newsletters, subject to specific consent.
4. Legal basis for processing
The treatment is based on:
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject;
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR: express consent for promotional communications;
- Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR: fulfillment of legal obligations;
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interest of the Owner to ensure the security of the site.
5. Methods of processing
Processing is carried out using paper and/or digital methods, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency. Appropriate security measures are taken to ensure data protection.
6. Data Retention.
Data:
- for reservations: are kept for as long as necessary to provide the service and for any legal obligations;
- For marketing: until consent is revoked, but no longer than 24 months;
- of navigation: up to 6 months, except for security requirements.
7. Communication and transfer of data
Data may be disclosed to:
- Digital and technical service providers;
- Consultants (accountants, lawyers);
- Public authorities in fulfillment of legal obligations.
There are no plans to disseminate the data. Any transfers outside the EU will take place in compliance with Article 44 ff. of the GDPR.
8. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to:
- Access, rectification, deletion, and restriction of data;
- Opposition to treatment;
- Withdrawal of consent;
- Data portability;
- Complaint to the Privacy Guarantor.
